I am hired to work in China in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Employment Service Law of the Republic of China. I am aware of the following provisions and are willing to abide by them

  1. After I enter the Republic of China, I shall accept the employer's arrangement to go to the hospital designated by the Ministry of Health and Welfare of the Republic of China to undergo a health examination within 3 working days; Within a day, accept the employer's arrangement to go to the designated hospital for health checkup. If I refuse to accept the health examination or fail to pass the health examination, the government of the Republic of China will revoke the employment permit according to law, and should immediately leave the country and be prohibited from working in the territory of the Republic of China.
  2. During the period of working in the Republic of China, I can only engage in the type of work approved by the Ministry of Labor for the employer recorded in the labor contract. It is illegal to work for other employers without permission or engage in work other than those approved. The government of the Republic of China will revoke the employment permit, and should immediately leave the country and no longer work in the territory of the Republic of China.
  3. During the period of working in the Republic of China, I shall not be absent from work for 3 consecutive days and lose contact with my employer. If there is any violation of this regulation, the government of the Republic of China will annul the employment permit, and should immediately leave the country and stop working in the territory of the Republic of China.
  4. I shall not commit illegal acts such as stealing or misappropriating items or property in the workplace without the consent of the employer, or intentionally destroying all items belonging to the employer. If I have the above-mentioned behavior, the government of the Republic of China will pursue criminal responsibility and revoke my employment permit. After the verdict is confirmed and I have served my sentence, I should be ordered to leave the country immediately and no longer work in the territory of the Republic of China.
  5. During my work in the Republic of China, if one of the following situations occurs, the employer can terminate the contract without notice in accordance with the Labor Standards Law of the Republic of China, the Civil Code, or the contract; after the contract is terminated, the government of the Republic of China will annul the employment permit and Handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Employment Service Law: (1) Acts of violence or serious insult to the employer, the employer's family, the employer's agent, or other workers who work together. (2) Those who have been sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment or higher punishment, but have not received a suspended sentence or have not been granted a fine. (3) Violating the labor contract or work rules, if the circumstances are serious. (4) Deliberate loss of machinery, tools, raw materials, products, or other items owned by the employer, or intentional disclosure of the employer's technical and business secrets, causing damage to the employer. (5) Absent from work for 3 consecutive days without justifiable reasons, or absent for 6 days within a month.
  6. When I am working in the Republic of China, if my employer falls under any of the following circumstances, I can terminate the contract without notice in accordance with the Labor Standards Law of the Republic of China, the Civil Code, or the contract; after the contract is terminated, the government of the Republic of China may approve my change of employer, job or Handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Employment Service Law: (1) The employer, the employer's family members, or the employer's agent commits violent acts or acts of serious insult to the laborer. (2) The work stipulated in the contract is likely to be harmful to the health of the worker, and the employer has been notified to improve it but has no effect. (3) The employer, the employer's agent, or other workers suffer from a statutory infectious disease, which may infect the workers who work together and seriously endanger their health. (4) The employer does not pay work remuneration in accordance with the labor contract, or does not provide sufficient workers for labor paid by the piece. (5) The employer violates the labor contract or labor laws, which may damage the rights and interests of the laborers.
  7. If I find that my employer illegally assigns me to work for other employers, assigns me to work other than approved, or infringes on my body, salary, property, or other rights and interests, I can immediately file a complaint with the 1955 Labor Consultation and Complaint Hotline, or contact foreign nationals everywhere. Labor Consultation Service Centers (the service telephone numbers of each consultation center are detailed in the "Instructions for Foreign Workers Working in Taiwan" compiled and published by the Labor Development Agency of the Ministry of Labor of the Republic of China), or local police agencies and other units to file a complaint. (After the above units accept your complaint, they will keep it confidential and protect your work rights in Taiwan without any damage.)
